Simply place your order, pay securely, and your family picks up the goods from our store in Apia. Faakau made easy — no matter where you are.

When your family member collects the order from Maali Company Plus Ltd | Apia Samoa, they should bring:
- The order confirmation (printed or shown on a phone)
- A valid photo ID
If someone else is picking up on behalf of your family, just let us know in advance. We'll make sure the handover is smooth and faigofie (easy).

We accept:

Yes. All credit card payments are handled by Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor. Your card information is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Our site also uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
Pickup & Collection
No. All orders are pickup only from our store at Maali Company Plus Ltd | Apia Samoa. We do not offer delivery or shipping at this time. This keeps our prices low and ensures you can inspect your items before taking them home.
Pickups are from Maali Company Plus Ltd | Apia Samoa. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email notification. Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) and a valid ID when collecting.

For in-stock items (like appliances and electronics), your order is typically ready within 1–2 business days. For custom-printed items (T-shirts, canvas prints, funeral badges, etc.), turnaround time depends on the product and options selected — this is shown on each product page. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

- A valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, or national ID)
- Payment if you selected "cash at pickup"
Custom Printing & Personalisation
When you add a custom-printable product to your cart (like T-shirts, canvas prints, or funeral badges), you'll see an upload button. You can upload images in PNG, JPG, or HEIC format. For best quality, use high-resolution images. If you're ordering from an iPhone, HEIC photos are automatically converted.
Custom-printed and personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This includes Custom T-Shirts, Custom Tote Bags, Framed Canvas Prints, Custom Photo Prints, and Funeral Badges. Please review your design, size, and options carefully before ordering. Turnaround times vary by product and are displayed on each product page. For example, Framed Canvas Prints offer standard and express turnaround options. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification for pickup.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless faulty. Returns must be brought in person to our store (Maali Company Plus Ltd | Apia Samoa). See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Bring the item and your order confirmation to Maali Company Plus Ltd | Apia Samoa. Once we've inspected the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credit card refunds go back through Stripe; cash-at-pickup orders are refunded in cash or bank transfer.
